Sales Development Representative – Hethersett, Norfolk – £20k basic £30kOTE

This is a 100% inside sales/business development role. Entry-level lead generation. The sales team enjoys an incentive compensation package that includes a generous base plus commission on demos/meetings booked.
Create new qualified opportunities through targeted outbound calls to grow our database of clients and increase sales opportunities. Following up on inbound sales enquiries and to book online demonstrations/meetings for the Head of Commercial. We will train you on all aspects of lead generation.
Experience in setting appointments with 50-60 calls a day
Cold calling is essential. However, approximately 75% of the leads will be warm inbound enquiries.
