Overview –A Master Vendor solution for a large technology department
The team managers in the technology department were spending most of their time interviewing candidates without successful placements. The client asked i4 to design and implement a managed solution to free up time for the team managers.
Candidate screening and online technical testing was implemented, and online vacancy-management software was deployed. Tier 2 agency relationships were established, and rates and processes were agreed. Weekly conference calls with vacancy stakeholders were organised.
I4 are now successfully delivering a managed recruitment service that has massively reduced the time the client’s managers are spending on recruitment. This has been effectively delivered alongside reduced costs and reduced time to hire.
